The last lap..

Running the last lap til my no-pay leave starts officially on 9 July 2009...

Slowly being phased out of work.. recieving lesser and lesser emails.. tying up loose ends. 2 & 1/2 weeks to go.. At least I still get to see 2 major CAAs event happen before I leave - Appreciation Dinner 2009 this sat & the launch of the the two new logos for NewCAA and NewCo. Plus yummy chicken rice steamboat with AD on 3rd july! Really looking fwd to that :P

Updates for USA:

Moving boxes arrived last week, all 60 of them, now all stacked up high in my room. Hardly any space to walk!!

Visited the two fave place over the weekend to buy stuff - Daiso and Ikea.. heh heh. Aunty me spent 1.5 hrs at Daiso buying lotsa stuff, not still not enough, will need to make a few more trips back. At Ikea, we bought some kitchen stuff, returning there again in Early July to get our TV rack, coffee table and chairs.

Bought some winter stuff, got our laptop from the PC show, am buying stuff a bit here, a bit there... Hubby last day at work is next week before he goes on 1 month leave to start packing. Only then can we really go out and buy more stuff... sooooo many things to buy!!! Neverending shopping list.. hehehe.. I like!
